All you will need is:

Miscellaneous Embellishments
Scraps of Felt
Scissors
Hot Glue Gun

Cut out all felt parts and place them where you'd like them to go.
Hot glue all the parts together and onto sock.
Find a cute little hand to put it on... and PLAY!!
